Flower essences are vibrational remedies made from the life force energy of flowering plants and trees that work gently, yet profoundly. Each flower carries a specific vibration or energetic imprint that works in our energy field. Flower essences are used for emotional, mental, and spiritual support. They stimulate awareness to help us see more clearly and find new perspective within ourselves, our patterns, or life path. Each flower essence has a specific lesson or message which facilitates our consciousness and growth. They bring light to darkness, transforming the negative to the positive.
We take flower essences because we want to strengthen certain soul qualities within ourselves. As we move into our authentic self, we are then better able to do what we came here to do, our soul's purpose.
Flower essences are liquid remedies and do not contain plant material or fragrance. They are preserved in brandy or glycerin and are safe to be taken internally and topically.

Consultations:
This is a collaborative process that begins with a discussion about where you are in your life and what you are hoping to support. From here flower essences are chosen intuitively and from grounded knowledge, that best resonates with you. A personalized blend or formula is then prepared that will last about one month.
Follow-up consultations provide an opportunity to reflect on the past month, noticing shifts or insights, and to tweak or create a new blend.

Sessions are done in person or on the phone.
Initial Consultation: 75-90 minutes, including personalized blend, $100
Follow-up Consultation: 60 minutes, including personalized blend, $85
